TIExTALK #4 Jacky Xia - How to leverage social media resources to enrich your own business
In this session, Jacky Xia, the Co-founder of WePet was invited to talk about social media's importance for start-ups. The traditional advertisement is expensive to produce for startups and small businesses, and sometimes it is difficult to track its performance. Therefore, social media is becoming more and more popular and fast-growing on traffic while helping startups stay competitive in the market. Jacky explained to students the key points to know about social media strategy to help grow a business.
Zhangjiang Expedition - Shanghai FTZ
The Talents Innovation Conference ‘Planning for the Future’ event was hosted by the Offshore Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base for International Talents and the Shanghai Pudong Software Park Venture Capital Management Co and co-organized by Found Space and The Innovative Expedition T.I.E.
Our event aimed to immerse participants with local innovation eco-system, including visits to companies, startups, and high-tech park in order to get to know free trade zone set-up and expat support information in Shanghai.
More than 30 international students from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Fudan University, East China Normal University, Donghua University and other universities were invited to attend entrepreneurial face-to-face talks.
The 8th China International College Students’ “Internet+” Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition
Excellent people under 35 years engaged in innovation and entrepreneurship are invited from all over the world to this event where entrants can work to realize their dream of innovation and entrepreneurship, and to create a better future for the world.
This Competition only accepts team entries (teams of 2 to 15 people). All entrants must be students who are currently enrolled at a foreign college or have graduated within the past 5 years. The application should be submitted by the leader of the participating team. The participating team shall only represent one foreign college which the team leader is currently enrolled at or has graduated from.
T.I.E×DHU 2022 Spring Bootcamp Road Show
After 8-week work and contributions, some participants gave up in the half way, some teams dismissed, but we are happy to see that most teams persist till the end by conquering challenges coming from team coordination, cultural difference, language barrier, team restructure, no clue etc., during this bootcamp, teams gained business knowledge, did brainstorming, created business model, and provided business solution by making market analysis and validation. It is the time to show their result and performance.
Each team made a 2min CM (commercial message) for introducing and promoting target company and products to potential business partner.
